ClearlyRated, a leading provider of satisfaction surveys for clients, talent, and employees, serves some of the largest staffing firms worldwide. Despite the widespread use of Salesforce among these firms, ClearlyRated’s crucial data was not integrated into the Salesforce ecosystem. To address this gap, I developed a custom Salesforce (SFDC) application (link to app) for ClearlyRated, enabling seamless integration of their data directly within Salesforce. This integration has enhanced user engagement and reduced customer churn since its launch.
Established in 2006, ClearlyRated provides client, talent, and employee satisfaction surveys and service quality research, primarily for staffing and recruiting agencies. The company is renowned for its innovative methodologies that help organizations measure and improve satisfaction levels across various professional service sectors.
ClearlyRated data is essential for businesses to enhance their reputation and improve service quality. However, this data was siloed within the ClearlyRated platform, preventing teams from easily viewing and analyzing it alongside other operational data in Salesforce.
In collaboration with ClearlyRated’s internal development team, I designed API specifications to efficiently transfer data into Salesforce without consuming excessive API calls. Working closely with ClearlyRated’s design team, we created an intuitive interface to display ClearlyRated’s data within Salesforce. The result is a fully integrated solution providing users seamless access to vital satisfaction survey data.
